The Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI) was formed by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). Their programs are taught at many colleges across the country, and ECSI is now established in over 40 countries outside of the U.S.
